This is my folder for storing my exercise information. The first page says "Karen's Fit Log" and has my promise to myself. Then there's the Index that explains each page thereafter. The treadmill log has the date and detail about the exercise. The elliptical log goes by the amount of time I spend on the machine and also includes the number of calories burned. It's just easier than noting the different resistance levels. The pedometer graph shows the date, number of steps, and how close to a mile I've gotten. Its not a perfect log, but its a good start. It'll help me keep putting in individual hours for each exercise.
I think using the treadmill, elliptical, and then treadmill again for 15 minutes each is a pretty good routine for me. That's 30 minutes of walking and 15 minutes of elliptical. That's good! It's a little strenuous on me, but not beyond my limits. I'm still trying to convince my mom to go bike riding with me on Sunday. I may still go if she doesn't want to join me. We'll see
