I'm not sore from camping at all. I hear a few crunches here and there throughout my body as I move, but nothing hurts. It wasn't as strenuous as I thought it would be on me. I feel fine with doing some walking tonight before bed. Now that the house is clean, I feel a lot better about everything. I was thinking, I do want to do a 30 day ab program. I was going to do one with my friend in another state, but she added about ten more 30 day exercises and I know she's not doing them all. They're just stuff her friends have posted. I'm going to choose one for myself. I also want to rent some workout DVDs from the Eden library. If I do, I'll review them here. I'm getting kind of bored wi the treadmill, dance dance revolution, and bicycle. I need to mix things up a bit, add more options, use different muscles.
I've expressed again to my bf that I'd like to get a personal weight bench. Maybe I can reward myself for a month's worth of daily exercise by buying one on the Sears card. I'm just thinking about it. I haven't priced them yet. I'd also like an indoor bike by the end of summer, but I have plenty of time to consider that purchase.
