Don't hold your breath, keep it even, keep your core strong

Keep on going, you can do it, and you'll look so good
Just as pretty on the outside as the in like you always should.
Just three more minutes,
Ignore the clock!
Your back and your calves feel like they're gonna lock,
But you gotta keep on going!
Only one minute left.
Now lets put it into overtime and then we'll rest.
Note your time for the reference log and your calories burned.
Do some stretches and some bends and take the break that you've earned.
Take a good hard look in the mirror on the wall
Because you didn't break that time or your legs after all.
Take a sigh of accomplishment cause now you're done
