I need to change my exercise log since I do not intend to change the length of time that I use my equipment. I'm gong to change the treadmill into a milage graph and the elliptical graph into a calorie graph. That way I can aim for results within a set time. I couldn't do this before because I wasn't sure how long was long enough for me. TBH 7 minutes of treadmill with 15 minutes of elliptical and 10 minutes of treadmill would be most ideal for me, but I like to push just a little further than my comfort zone.
I am finally admitting that I can see results. My legs do look better, not dramatically, but better. My stomach doesn't look any different, but it is 29" around the belly button whereas it used to be 34" or so. Even though I don't see the results, they're there all the same. I feel the speed on my pace and how much easier physical activities now are. My mama told me that she could see a difference in my thighs. I'm excusing this because she knows how much it mattered when she said I looked bigger in my shorts. It's almost sad that my shorts don't fit and I can forget about wearing the same jeans next year because they're all pretty big. I've been wearing a lot of belts and drawstring bottoms, which really is kind of sad. My behind fits my shorts differently, so some of the shorts that used to be tight and are not fitted in the waist don't accommodate the new shape of my rear.
Speaking of butts, I've been trying to practice squats in my aerobics. How does one not tip backwards?! There's this woman who does, "Dance Fitness with Jessica" and she is amazing! She does routines of squats and twerking. You know I find twerking to be very nasty, but she doesn't make it look nasty at all. To my surprise, I can twerk and wobble quite well. I haven't done pop and lock dances since I was in high school and I'm shocked at I still can. I still don't think people should twerk outside of the bedroom or club *_* When I tighten my core muscles with my legs bent, I get this weird triangle shaped outline on my butt cheek. Nobody else has that and its just weird. I want to take a picture, but I'm too embarrassed. I might bite my pride and ask anyway. I don't think its normal, so I want to know what muscles I need to work that Im not working and I want to know if anyone else has the same thing. I don't like the idea of looking different.
Well, it's Wednesday, so we're about to head out to go skating. My bf is just dropping us off and my son really doesn't want to go. What can ya do?
