My diet was poor and pitiful, but in most certainly stayed under 1,200 calories with the exception of my 28 hour long snuggle with a Twinkie box on the way home. I got sick in Jersey to pay for that binge though. My diet was mostly grilled burgers or a chicken club once a day. My buddy and I picked the last of the strawberries at Gaughn's. That's my most favorite farm ever! I love their corn maze. I beat the temptation of the best home-churned ice cream ever. My buddy's husband gave me a bunch of baby broccoli stems in a box that's the size of a large cooler, which mama is blanching, sealing, and freezing half of for me. My dad was ecstatic to get his lobster, so I could probably get them to do anything I want right now lol.
Tomorrow, I will be starting back up on my daily routine. I think a 2.9 mph pace is a good start, with an elliptical resistance of 10 or 12. I can't wait to get back to my machines! I've walked about a mile each day for sure for 3 of 5 days and spent time in the park every day, so it shouldn't be too much of a shock. I also need to incorporate an upper body schedule. Doing chin-ups without a defined routine leaves too much room for neglecting it.
One more thing - I read a flyer for FCPT chapter 12's charity 5k called, "Run with the bulls." I think it would be a great opportunity for my to start overcoming my anxiety in public exercising while also helping out my local historical amenities. I am going to include a link to this blog in my proposal description and I'll discuss it further as I become more involved. It'll be a great birthday present for this Virgo!
